Chocalate Lava Cake

 Ingredients:

226g of Dark Chocolate
115g of butter
3 Eggs
100g of icing sugar
60g of wheat flour (sift through a sieve)
1tbsp of Vanilla

How to make:
Then put eggs and icing sugar in a bowl and stir well for 2-3 minutes.
First, melt the dark chocolate and butter in a double boiler, mix well and set aside.
Now add vanilla to it, stir a little more, add it to the previously melted chocolate mixture and mix.
Then add some wheat flour and stir with a spoon.
Then put this mixture into the 178ml ceramic pots (Ramekins) or 4 aluminum cups with a little butter and fill the cup mixture with the same amount.
Now you have to bake these cakes for about 12 - 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 c°/ 400 F°.
Now the work is done. Finally, remove the baked cakes from the cups and serve hot. Use a sharp knife to loosen the cake from the cups.
