Cranberry Rusks

 Cranberry Rusks  This is really easy to make. The oven is going to do most of the work to get the Rusks to have its traditional crunchy texture. Besides, everyone may think you rock if you serve them homemade Rusks this long weekend.  Ingredients:  1 kg Self-raising flour 500 g Butter 2 cups white sugar 500 ml Buttermilk 1/2 tsp vanilla essence  Grated rind of 1 lemon 2 eggs 1/2 cup roughly chopped cranberries  1/2 cup roughly chopped nuts  How to make: Preheat oven 180°C  1. In a large mixing bowl add the flour and cubed butter, rub the two together until reserves breadcrumbs like mixture and then add the sugar and mix.  2. In a separate midium bowl, whisk the buttermilk, vanilla, lemon rinds and eggs together. Add to the flour mixture together with the cranberries and nuts. Mix until everything is combined.  3. Put the dough in a greased pan or shallow oven tray or two bread loaf tins and flatten slightly. 4. Bake for 50 - 60 minutes or until done. You can test by inserting a skewer

  The easiest eggless Chocolate cake in the world ingredients: 1 1/2 cups of flour 30g of cocoa powder 1 tbsp of baking soda 1 cup of sugar 1/2 cup of vegetable oil A cup of cold water with a teaspoon of instant coffee 2  tbsp of vanilla 2 tbsp of vinegar or apple cider vinegar How to make: Preheat the oven to 200c°.Take the 9-inch round baking pan.Spread butter and cover with baking paper. Take a saucepan or glass bowl. Add flour, cocoa powder, salt and sugar. Mix well with a spoon. Take another cup and dissolve the oil and coffee in cold water. Add vanilla and mix well. Now add this liquid mixture little by little to the flour mixture and stir. Now with a fork or small spoon, mix the cake batter for 2 minutes and add the vinegar. Now put the cake batter in the pre-prepared round cake pan and bake at 200 c° for 30 minutes.

  How to make Gulab Jamun Ingredients 1 cup of milk powder 3 tablespoons of flour 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda 1 tablespoons of butter Pinch of salt 2 tablespoons of Curd or plain yoghurt Vegetable oil (for deep frying) For Sugar Syrup 1 1/2 cup of sugar 2 cup of water 1/2 teaspoons of cardomom powder A few drops of rose water A little of S affron How to make At first milk powder, flour, salt and baking soda s ift through a sieve. Put it in a glass bawl. Now add yoghurt and butter and mix well. If you want to make a slightly sticky dough, add some more milk or yoghurt. Now cover the prepared dough for five minutes. In the meantime, make the sugar syrup. Put sugar, water and cardamom powder in a clean saucepan. Heat the sugar in a medium flame.The sugar should dissolve well. Once the sugar has melted and the mixture has thickened, take it out of the stove and add a few drops of rose water and saffron. Mix well and set aside.   Afternoon orange Tea cake Ingredients Two cups of butter  Three cups of flour Orange rind powder from four oranges (orange surface gently Great and orange rind to get powder.) ½ cup of Orange juice  2 tbsp of fine cut orange kandy pieces  1 teaspoon of baking soda 2 1/2 cup of sugar  Six  large eggs 1 cup of sour cream  How to make Preheat the oven to 180C°. Spread butter on a baking tin.Put a tablespoon of flour in it.Then remove extra flour. Take a glass bawl and mix flour,baking soda,orange rind powder and orange kandy pieces. Now take another bawl and add butter,sugar and beat fast for four minutes until creamy, Then add one egg at a time and beat slowly and add the orange juice. Divide the flour mixture into three portions and put it into the mixture. Add a little bit of sour cream with it. Do not beat, stir with a wooden spoon. Stop mixing as soon as it is well mixed. Put the butter in the pre-prepared cake tin and bake for 55 to 60 minutes until the cake turns golden brown. I

 Hot Chocolate Coffee   Ingredients 1 cup of fresh milk 1 cup of water 2 tablespoons of condensed milk 2 teaspoons of sugar 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder 1  1/2 teaspoons of instant coffee  Cinnamon pieces How to make: Put a saucepan on a stove and add a cup of water, cinnamon pieces and stir well.  When the water boils, add one and a half teaspoons of instant coffee.Mix well. Now add fresh milk to it.Stir over low heat. When the milk and coffee are mixed,add sugar,cocoa powder and condensed milk.Mix well.  Stir for another minute. Turn off the stove now. Strain and serve hot..

Chiken & Noodles Soup

Chiken & Noodles Soup Ingredients:  250 chicken A big onion Celery 1 cup of powdered milk 2 1/2 cups of stock water or water A carrot cut into thin slices 50 g of finely chopped cabbage 50 g of  noodles 2 tablespoons of margarine 1 1/2 teaspoons of pepper powder Salt to taste How to make: Put the margarine in a saucepan. Melt the margarine. Add the finely chopped big onion. Add the chopped celery. Now add finely chopped boneless chicken and bring to boil. Add stock.  Now add carrot and cabbage pieces to the soup and bring to a boil.  Break the noodles into pieces and deep fry in oil. Add the cup of powdered milk to the soup. Add salt and pepper to taste.  Finally add the deep fried noodles to the soup.

Eggplant moju

 Eggplant moju Ingredients : 500g of eggplant 200g of Sprats 200g of  Red onion 100g of green chillies 10 pods of  Dried chillies Pieces of ginger Garlic  1 1/2 tablespoons of mustard 3-4 tablespoons of vinegar 2 tablespoons of sugar 2 tablespoons of oil Oil for frying Salt to taste How to prepare : Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the  eggplant and chopped green chillies. Fry the onions and sprats. Put 2 tbsp oil in the pan again and add the minced ginger and garlic. Add vinegar, sugar and salt to taste. Now add fried onions, eggplant, sprats and green chillies and mix well.  * The flavor of the eggplant moju is enhanced by the addition of dried chillies that are fried in oil rather than the usual method.

Homemade vanilla ice cream

  Ingredients: 1l of Fresh milk 150 g of sugar 05 tbsp of milk powder Vanilla How to make: •Dissolve milk powder well in fresh milk. •Add a little sugar to the remaining milk and stir well over low heat. •After about 5 minutes, add the dissolved milk powder. •Leave the milk mixture until it thickens slightly and let it cool down. •Add vanilla to the cold mixture. •Put the mixture in a bowl, cover tightly and refrigerate until thick. (5-6 hours) •Beat the thickened mixture on high speed for about five minutes with cool. •Put it back in the freezer for about 2 hours and beat the well-thickened mixture again on high speed for about five minutes with cool. •Then refrigerate for about 8 hours.

  ☆Ingredients: 2 Egg whites 1/2 cup of sugar 10g of cocoa powder 1/4 teaspoons of Cream of tartar or lime 4-5 drops 1 teaspoon of vanill a Color if necessary ☆How to make: First, grind the sugar. Then separate the egg whites and yolks and beat the whites well at low speed. Now stir until slightly thickened and add a pinch of cream of tartar or lime and stir for a minute. Now add the powdered sugar and cocoa powder stir for about 8-10 minutes.Add the vanilla at the end and stir if desired. Add a drop of color. Now put the mixture in a piping bag and pipe it onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.Bake these kisses at 130 C° for 45 minutes. The mouth melts so soft ... let's try it then how is this ....
