Chiken & Noodles Soup

Chiken & Noodles Soup Ingredients:  250 chicken A big onion Celery 1 cup of powdered milk 2 1/2 cups of stock water or water A carrot cut into thin slices 50 g of finely chopped cabbage 50 g of  noodles 2 tablespoons of margarine 1 1/2 teaspoons of pepper powder Salt to taste How to make: Put the margarine in a saucepan. Melt the margarine. Add the finely chopped big onion. Add the chopped celery. Now add finely chopped boneless chicken and bring to boil. Add stock.  Now add carrot and cabbage pieces to the soup and bring to a boil.  Break the noodles into pieces and deep fry in oil. Add the cup of powdered milk to the soup. Add salt and pepper to taste.  Finally add the deep fried noodles to the soup.

Ingredients: (To make enough for two) 250g of prawns (peeled and salted) 1 cup of Cream of Potato Soup 1 cup of fresh milk 1 cup of Monterey Jack Cheese or Cheddar Cheese (If none of these, use cream cheese.) 1/4cup of Onionleaves/ Leeks (finely chopped) 1 Tablespoons of butter A little bit of pepper powder Heat a large saucepan and add butter.
