  Let's make egg rotty as well as the ones in the shop for dinner .... !!!! Ingredients: Flour 325 g Oil 20ml Water 150ml Salt 5g Eggs First knead the dough until it is soft, then roll it into a ball and cover it for about two hours. Pusnappa recipe for evening tea Ingredients: 2 cups wet rice flour 1 cup of wheat flour 150g of sugar (can also be taken with jaggery instead of sugar) How to make: Wet rice flour with coconut water and blend first. Then add a teaspoon of yeast and a teaspoon of sugar, then add wheat flour and grated coconut and blend again. Now cover the mixture well and let it simmer for about an hour. After an hour add the sugar and salt and stir. Leave for another hour. Then steam the buttered cups for about half an hour. I took dessert cups and I was able to make 15 of these sizes. You can also use jaggery instead of sugar so that a nice color comes to the pusnappa. Thank you

  Sago pudding Ingredients: Sago 100g semolina 100g 2 cups of coconut milk Salt Color Put the milk on the stove and when it heats up, add the sago and semolina. Add salt to taste and color in any color you like. Strain the milk without letting it freeze. If there is not enough milk, add more. When it boils well, put it on the stove and put it in a buttered mold or a bowl and put it in the fridge. When set, turn the other way.

Ingredients: 125g of butter 125g of wheat flour 2 Eggs 125g Sugar 1tbsp of Milk 1 teaspoon of vanilla 1 tbsp of Baking powder way of making:- Stir in butter and sugar. Eggs one by one Stir in the vanilla. Add the sifted flour with the baking powder. Mix the last bit of flour with a spatula. 🍰Finally mix the milk. Put 2/3 of the mixture in a baking cup. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 C°for 20 minutes.

  This is one of the most delicious cakes made with semolina ... try it with a difference ... semolina coconut cake .... 200 grams of butter 100 grams of flour Three eggs 100g of dried coconut gram 150 grams of semolina One and a half teaspoons of baking powder 390g of Milk Made Two teaspoons of vanilla Half a teaspoon of baking soda First, fry the semolina until golden brown and let it dry. Add baking powder and baking soda to the flour and mix well. Take a bowl, add butter and stir. Then add milkmaid and stir. Add one egg each to the mixture and stir. Add some vanilla and stir. Add flour, semolina and dried coconut to the well-stirred mixture and mix with a wooden spoon. Put the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 45/50 minutes in a preheated oven.
