Makes two loaves The only bread recipe I have been successful with. Quick, easy, and tastes great!! Ingredients: 2cups warm water 1/4cup sugar 1.5 tbsp yeast 1.5 tsp salt 1/4cup vegetable oil 5.5 cups flour (I just used all purpose)    How to make 👉Dissolve sugar in warm water. Add yeast and let proof. Mix oil into yeast mixture once proofed. 👉Mix flour and salt in separate bowl. 👉Add dry mixture to wet mixture one cup at a time and stir / mix until soft dough forms. 👉Knead for 3-5 minutes. 👉Place in oiled bowl, turn over to coat both sides. Let rise one hour. 👉Punch down, shape into loaves. Place into greased bread pans. Let rise 30-40 minutes. 👉Bake at 350c० for approx 30 minutes. Brush tops with butter while warm.

Homemade Pizza

  Pizza Ingredients for dough : •500g of flour •10g of salt •Yeast 10g •Blend 50g of butter (more delicious than olive oil) •300ml of water Ingredients For Filling: •250g of tomatoes (Boil small tomatoes and chop) •5g of onions •5g of garlic •3 tbsp of of vegetable oil / olive oil •3 tbsp of Tomato paste •5g of salt •Teaspoon of pepper •200g of mozzarella cheese •Capsicum •Carrots How to make: • Knead all the ingredients together to make the dough first. Adjust to a normal soft texture that does not stick to the hands without being too tight. Take this well and cut it into a round shape. Leave the dough to simmer for about 15 minutes. Filling for pizza Heat a pan with a little oil and temper garlic, onion, capsicum,carrot and tomato. It can be mixed with tomato paste and flavored. Add salt and pepper at the end. Finally put the mixture on the pre-prepared dough and bake at 150c° for about 15 minutes.

Coconut Cake

  Coconut Cake Ingredients : 150 g of sugar 200g of coconut 50g of wheat flour 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda Cinnamon powder Cardamom Cloves A little cashew 120ml of water Dates An egg How to make : At first Caramelize 75g of sugar over low heat.Next a dd 120ml of water and mix. Now add the remaining sugar into the mixture with cloves,cinnamon,cardamomand mix well. If brown is not enough, add a little infusion. Mix well with coconut and leave to cool. Beat the egg and add to it and stir. Now add wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix well. Add them to the above mixture. Add cashews and dates to it. Place on a baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 160c° for 45 minutes.

Coffee caramel pudding

  Coffee caramel pudding Ingredients : - 500ml of fresh milk - 150 g of sugar - 5 eggs (large) - 1 tbsp of vanilla - 15g of Coffee For the caramel - 50g of sugar - 2 tbsp of water How to make : First we make the caramel. Add sugar and water into a sausepan and stir until caramelized. Then put it in a bowl and let it cool. Now add sugar, fresh milk and coffee and heat. Leave it to soak for a while. Put 5 eggs in a bowl and mix well. Add the vanilla too. Now add some coffee and mix. Now strain the pudding into a saucepan and steam it in the oven or rice cooker. *Oven at 180 c ° for 45 mins

Cranberry Rusks

 Cranberry Rusks  This is really easy to make. The oven is going to do most of the work to get the Rusks to have its traditional crunchy texture. Besides, everyone may think you rock if you serve them homemade Rusks this long weekend.  Ingredients:  1 kg Self-raising flour 500 g Butter 2 cups white sugar 500 ml Buttermilk 1/2 tsp vanilla essence  Grated rind of 1 lemon 2 eggs 1/2 cup roughly chopped cranberries  1/2 cup roughly chopped nuts  How to make: Preheat oven 180°C  1. In a large mixing bowl add the flour and cubed butter, rub the two together until reserves breadcrumbs like mixture and then add the sugar and mix.  2. In a separate midium bowl, whisk the buttermilk, vanilla, lemon rinds and eggs together. Add to the flour mixture together with the cranberries and nuts. Mix until everything is combined.  3. Put the dough in a greased pan or shallow oven tray or two bread loaf tins and flatten slightly. 4. Bake for 50 - 60 minutes or until done. You can test by inserting a skewer

  The easiest eggless Chocolate cake in the world ingredients: 1 1/2 cups of flour 30g of cocoa powder 1 tbsp of baking soda 1 cup of sugar 1/2 cup of vegetable oil A cup of cold water with a teaspoon of instant coffee 2  tbsp of vanilla 2 tbsp of vinegar or apple cider vinegar How to make: Preheat the oven to 200c°.Take the 9-inch round baking pan.Spread butter and cover with baking paper. Take a saucepan or glass bowl. Add flour, cocoa powder, salt and sugar. Mix well with a spoon. Take another cup and dissolve the oil and coffee in cold water. Add vanilla and mix well. Now add this liquid mixture little by little to the flour mixture and stir. Now with a fork or small spoon, mix the cake batter for 2 minutes and add the vinegar. Now put the cake batter in the pre-prepared round cake pan and bake at 200 c° for 30 minutes.

  How to make Gulab Jamun Ingredients 1 cup of milk powder 3 tablespoons of flour 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda 1 tablespoons of butter Pinch of salt 2 tablespoons of Curd or plain yoghurt Vegetable oil (for deep frying) For Sugar Syrup 1 1/2 cup of sugar 2 cup of water 1/2 teaspoons of cardomom powder A few drops of rose water A little of S affron How to make At first milk powder, flour, salt and baking soda s ift through a sieve. Put it in a glass bawl. Now add yoghurt and butter and mix well. If you want to make a slightly sticky dough, add some more milk or yoghurt. Now cover the prepared dough for five minutes.
