Egg rotty@@@

 Let's make egg rotty as well as the ones in the shop for dinner .... !!!!

Ingredients:
Flour 325 g
Oil 20ml
Water 150ml
Salt 5g
Eggs

First knead the dough until it is soft, then roll it into a ball and cover it for about two hours. Then divide the 80g into small balls, cover it with oil and cover it again for about an hour. Thinly slice by hand, then place on a baking sheet or pan in your home and place an egg in the middle on all four sides.Prepare the eggs as you would make an omelette if you like) Then turn it over and bake both sides over low heat.
