Ginger Cake

 Ingredients:


100g of castor sugar
125 g of butter
An Egg
225 ml of Kitul honey
300 g of wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda
1 tbsp of Cinnamon sticks 
Ginger powder
1 tbsp of  clove powder
Pinch of salt
250 ml of hot water

How to make:
First,pre-heat your oven to 180C°.Then prepare a 9"inch baking tin lined with parchment paper and set aside.
Then put sugar and butter in a large bowl and stir until creamy. Now add egg and honey to this mixture and mix well.
In another bowl, sift the flour,baking soda, salt, cinnamon,ginger and cloves with a sieve and mix well.
Now add this dry liquid mixture to the mixture like the creams made earlier and mix well.
Then add some hot water and mix well. Now all you have to do is pour the mixture into the pre-prepared tin.
Now put it in the preheated oven and bake for an hour or so with a knife or toothpick in the middle of the cake and bake until the knife blade / toothpick comes out clean.
After baking, you have to leave it in the tin for a while and serve it.
