How to make chocalate icing cake

 Ingredients:

2 cups of wheat flour
2 cups of sugar
1/2 cup of vegetable oil or olive oil
1 cup of boiling water
Fresh Milk Cup1
3/4 cup of cocoa powder
2Teaspoons of baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda 
Pinch of salt
1Teaspoons of instant coffee 
Two large eggs
2Teaspoons of vanilla

And we need to work to cover the cake (for frosting)

1 1/2 cups butter
1/2 teaspoon of instant coffee powder
1 cup of cocoa powder
5 cups of Icing sugar 
1/2 cup of fresh milk
2 Teaspoons of vanilla

How to make:

Flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder and salt and sift three times.
Add coffee powder and sugar and mix well. Add milk, oil, eggs and vanilla and stir on medium speed.
Once well mixed, add hot water and stir on very low speed.
Put two pieces of cake in the oven, spread butter on it, put parchment paper and divide the cake mixture into two.
Then bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30–35 minutes.

Now let's make frosting and cover the cake

Whisk together the cocoa powder and icing sugar separately. Put butter and cocoa powder in a bowl and mix well.
Add milk and icing sugar alternately, mixing little by little. Finally add vanilla and coffee powder and mix well.
If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk if it is dry and a little more icing sugar if it is liquid.
Remove both cakes from the trays and sandwich with the butter cream icing if desired. Cover the cake with the same butter cream if desired.
