Pusnappa recipe for evening tea


Ingredients:

2 cups wet rice flour
1 cup of wheat flour
150g of sugar (can also be taken with jaggery instead of sugar)
How to make:
Wet rice flour with coconut water and blend first. Then add a teaspoon of yeast and a teaspoon of sugar, then add wheat flour and grated coconut and blend again. Now cover the mixture well and let it simmer for about an hour. After an hour add the sugar and salt and stir. Leave for another hour.
Then steam the buttered cups for about half an hour. I took dessert cups and I was able to make 15 of these sizes. You can also use jaggery instead of sugar so that a nice color comes to the pusnappa. Thank you
