Chocalate chips cake

 Ingredients:


250g of chocolate chips
4 eggs

How to make:

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Then separate the 4 egg yolks and beat the whites well. Beat until it reaches the level of Soft Peak. Now we need to add a little bit of egg yolk to the melted chocolate and mix it with a spoon.Do not beat. That means we have to mix in the same direction.It has to be mixed in the same direction somehow.
Now bake for 30 minutes at 170 ° C on a buttered baking tray. Then you can  garnish with the chocolate chips and melted chocolate.that is all! If you want, you can cut a strawberry and put it on top of the cake and decorate it a bit.
