Chocolate pudding@@

 Ingredients:


●We want to make pudding,

150g of wheat flour
100g of castor sugar
2 Tablespoons of cocoa powder
125ml of fresh milk
50g of melted butter
Slightly beaten 1 egg
Whipped cream

●We want to make chocolate sauce,
155g of brown sugar
2 Tablespoons of cocoa powder
375 ml of boiling water

●How to make:

First, pre-heat your oven to 180 C° and prepare melted butter in a ceramic jar (1.5 liter capacity) that can be put in the oven.
This is what we use to make the pudding mixture and bake it. Then in a small space, mix the flour, sugar and cocoa powder well.
Then make a hole in the middle of it and set the jar aside.Put milk, 50g of melted butter and egg in a large saucepan and mix well.
Now add the dry liquid to the prepared mixture in the middle of the mixture slowly and stir until well mixed. Then pour the mixture into the pre-prepared ceramic bowl. With the help of the back of a spoon, spread the mixture in a ceramic bowl.
Now let's make the chocolate sauce. 
Pour the cocoa powder and sugar into a bowl with the help of a sieve. Then the mixture should rise above the pudding. Now pour the boiling water very carefully over the pudding.
Now put it in the preheated oven and bake for about 40-45 minutes and finally Serve with the wipped cream.
