Chocolate Cup Cake
Ingredients:
150g of cake flour
Teaspoon of baking powder
125ml of vegetable oil
125g of sugar (put in a grinder and grind.)
Teaspoon of vanilla
4 Tablespoons of chocolate powder
Two eggs
5-6 pieces of cooking chocolate (20g)
How to make:
Put some vegetable oil in a bowl and add 125g of powdered sugar and mix well. You can also beat it if you like.
Then add the two eggs and mix well.
Add baking powder, chocolate powder and cake flour and sift once.
Now add the flour mixture little by little to the pre-made oil-sugar-egg mixture.
Finally add a drop of vanilla. Now put some paper cups on the cupcake tray. Take a paper cup or cupcake tray and first put margarine inside the cup. Fill the cup with the cake mixture.
Sprinkle the chopped chocolate chocolate over each cup.Put the chocolate cupcakes in a preheated oven at 200C° for 15-20 minutes.Remove from the cup.
