Fish moju#

 Things you need:


250g of Fish
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 tbsp of Chili powder
2 tbsp of Pepper powder
2 tbsp of onion
2 tbsp of ginger and garlic paste
Chili pods
Jalapeno
1/2 of cumin seeds
1/2 tbsp of Crushed cinamon
Mustard powder
Vinegar
Oil
Salt to taste

How to make:

Cut the fish into small slices, wash well and drain the water. Add turmeric, chilli powder, pepper powder and salt, mix well and leave for about an hour. Fry the fish in deep oil until golden brown.
Put a pot on the stove and fry some chilli pods and cumin seeds.Then add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, jalapeno and a piece of crushed cinnamon and let it fry.
Add pepper powder, turmeric powder and a little pre-powdered mixture and mix well. Then add a little mustard powder or a little paste to the vinegar.
Finally add the fried fish and mix well.Now you can add the mango chutney or lime and leave for a while before serve.
