Fish moju#
Things you need:
250g of Fish1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder1 tbsp of Chili powder2 tbsp of Pepper powder2 tbsp of onion2 tbsp of ginger and garlic pasteChili podsJalapeno1/2 of cumin seeds
1/2 tbsp of Crushed cinamon
Mustard powder
Vinegar
Oil
Salt to taste
How to make:
Cut the fish into small slices, wash well and drain the water. Add turmeric, chilli powder, pepper powder and salt, mix well and leave for about an hour. Fry the fish in deep oil until golden brown.Put a pot on the stove and fry some chilli pods and cumin seeds.Then add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, jalapeno and a piece of crushed cinnamon and let it fry.Add pepper powder, turmeric powder and a little pre-powdered mixture and mix well. Then add a little mustard powder or a little paste to the vinegar.Finally add the fried fish and mix well.Now you can add the mango chutney or lime and leave for a while before serve.
