Shrimp chowder#

This is perfect to enjoy in the evening. It contains butter, potatoes, milk and prawns, making it a great filling soup for the whole family to enjoy. Great to add to your dinner with a few slices of toasted bread. It is also suitable for small children as it does not contain any additives. Ingredients: (To make enough for two)

250g of prawns (peeled and salted)
1 cup of Cream of Potato Soup 
1 cup of fresh milk
1 cup of Monterey Jack Cheese or Cheddar Cheese (If none of these, use cream cheese.)
1/4cup of Onionleaves/Leeks (finely chopped)
1 Tablespoons of butter
A little bit of pepper powder

Heat a large saucepan and add butter. When the butter melts, add cream of potato soup and fresh milk. Stir occasionally and add the mixture to the pan. Add the prawns to the pan. Leave it. Then add cheese to it. Stir until cheese is melted.
Once the cheese is well melted, remove from the oven. Sprinkle the shrimp powder, onion leaves and pepper powder on top and serve hot.It is very tasty.
