The easiest eggless Chocolate cake in the world
ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of flour
30g of cocoa powder
1 tbsp of baking soda
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
A cup of cold water with a teaspoon of instant coffee
2 tbsp of vanilla
2 tbsp of vinegar or apple cider vinegar
How to make:
Preheat the oven to 200c°.Take the 9-inch round baking pan.Spread butter and cover with baking paper.
Take a saucepan or glass bowl. Add flour, cocoa powder, salt and sugar. Mix well with a spoon. Take another cup and dissolve the oil and coffee in cold water. Add vanilla and mix well.
Now add this liquid mixture little by little to the flour mixture and stir.
Now with a fork or small spoon, mix the cake batter for 2 minutes and add the vinegar.
Now put the cake batter in the pre-prepared round cake pan and bake at 200 c° for 30 minutes.
