Coconut Cake
Ingredients :
150 g of sugar200g of coconut50g of wheat flour1/2 teaspoon of baking powder1/4 teaspoon of baking sodaCinnamon powderCardamomClovesA little cashew120ml of waterDatesAn egg
How to make:
At first Caramelize 75g of sugar over low heat.Next add 120ml of water and mix.Now add the remaining sugar into the mixture with cloves,cinnamon,cardamomand mix well.If brown is not enough, add a little infusion.Mix well with coconut and leave to cool.
Beat the egg and add to it and stir.Now add wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix well.Add them to the above mixture.Add cashews and dates to it.Place on a baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 160c° for 45 minutes.
