 Coffee caramel pudding


Ingredients:

- 500ml of fresh milk
- 150 g of sugar
- 5 eggs (large)
- 1 tbsp of vanilla - 15g of Coffee

For the caramel
- 50g of sugar
- 2 tbsp of water
How to make :
First we make the caramel. Add sugar and water into a sausepan and stir until caramelized.
Then put it in a bowl and let it cool.
Now add sugar, fresh milk and coffee and heat.
Leave it to soak for a while. 
Put 5 eggs in a bowl and mix well. Add the vanilla too. Now add some coffee and mix.
Now strain the pudding into a saucepan and steam it in the oven or rice cooker.
*Oven at 180 c ° for 45 mins
